Sarah Miller
Head of Productivity & CX Strategy
Sarah is a veteran Solutions Architect
with over 15 years of industry experience across Salesforce, HubSpot, and regional enterprise CRM
consulting firms. Specializing in eliminating cognitive friction and structural inefficiencies in sales,
customer support, and business communications, she has guided over 50 enterprise implementations of
high-velocity outreach methodologies. At Lumiere Labs, Sarah leads our ongoing research into
high-frequency messaging frameworks, outbound response decay models, and the integration of the HEART
(Humble, Empathetic, Adaptable, Remarkable, Transparent) framework into automated B2B customer journeys.
She holds a Master's degree in Cognitive Ergonomics and regularly publishes case studies on
organizational design, workflow optimizations, and digital flow state metrics.
David is the Technical Lead and
Cybersecurity Researcher at Lumiere Labs. A seasoned systems architect and a prominent core contributor
to several decentralized database and peer-to-peer security frameworks, David ensures that all software
designed by Lumiere adheres strictly to a sandboxed, zero-trust client-side architecture. David has
spent a decade auditing web browser runtime security vulnerabilities, specializing in Manifest V3
execution limitations, secure DOM-injection, and browser extensions data isolation. He is the principal
architect behind our annual State of Browser Security audit, a comprehensive document cataloging cloud
telemetry vulnerabilities, and is a vocal proponent for local-first computing principles as a
fundamental modern data right. He holds a degree in Cryptography from ETH Zrich.
Rebecca is a Senior Editor and Principal
Prompt Engineer at Lumiere Intelligence Hub. Drawing from her extensive background in technical
journalism at leading digital publications, Rebecca specializes in demystifying complex distributed
software paradigms and converting them into actionable, user-centric guides. Rebecca is the leading
operational research editor behind our high-volume Prompt Engineering Vault and B2B Cold Outreach
repository. She manages our rigorous peer-review panels, factual accuracy verifications, and compliance
checks to maintain E-E-A-T integrity across all local-first publications. Her research focuses on
browser-native LLM integration, user-facing telemetry reduction, and advanced workflow design models.
We are
always looking for technical researchers and sales practitioners to join our guest contributor program. All
submissions are subject to our strict editorial review.
